is as a fan of Deerhoof bringuezingues that I got it Some years ago, me to consider the work of their ex-guitarist Chris Cohen, under the name The Curtains first, and most recently under the moniker Sweet Cryptacize (along with the charming Nedelle ). The two albums of this project as a trio (including a very recent Mythomania ) are pure pop wonders of miniature, convoluted and dreamlike, full Thanksgiving candid and melodic ingenuity.
Two fresh discoveries motivate more specifically the writing of this post:
First, I learn - in a mixture of disbelief and joy - these were illuminated soft play not far from my home very soon, June 5 at Quil-Quil A Bethune (62) to be precise.
Then I discovered that "Cosmic Sing-A-Long", their "tube" of the previous album, and here is the video:
has been renewed at least amazing, totally mechanized care of the artist Nick Yulman .
Words fail me to describe the monumental kif that inspires this adaptation ...
